Getting Started is Easy

Coaching takes place in a trusting, confidential and supportive relationship, meeting one-on-one, by phone, or email. What makes coaching easy, convenient and comfortable is the use of technology. Through a weekly phone call, email and 'spot calls,' we are able to build a strong coaching relationship that will help you move from where you are now to a more balanced, focused and fulfilled future. The great part is, this can be done even if you live in another time zone or outside the U.S.!

Mary is available to coach in person within the Minneapolis/St. Paul Twin Cities area. So, if you are more comfortable meeting face to face, sessions can be arranged accordingly.
